THE COLORADO NEW PLAY FESTIVAL PARTNERS WITH THEATRE COMPANIES THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY TO PROVIDE A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY FOR ARTISTS TO CREATE NEW WORK FOR THE AMERICAN STAGE.

MISSION:

FORMED IN 1972 TO ENRICH THE CULTURAL EXPERIENCE IN STEAMBOAT SPRINGS AND NORTHWEST COLORADO, STEAMBOAT DANCE THEATRE'S MISSION IS TO ENGAGE, ENRICH, AND EDUCATE THE COMMUNITIES OF THE YAMPA VALLEY THROUGH DANCE AND MOVEMENT WITH COMMUNITY ENRICHMENT, SCHOOL OUTREACH AND DANCE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS.

MISSION:

FRIENDS OF THE CHIEF IS A NONPROFIT, 501(C)(3) CORPORATION COMMITTED TO THE REHABILITATION AND REVITALIZATION OF THE HISTORIC CHIEF THEATER IN DOWNTOWN STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, COLORADO. WE SEEK TO DEVELOP THIS HISTORIC BUILDING INTO A CULTURAL CENTER THAT MEETS THE NEEDS OF A VIBRANT AND ACTIVE ARTS COMMUNITY THROUGH STATE-OF-THE-ART TECHNOLOGY, DIVERSE PROGRAMMING AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization are the organizations like chambers of commerce, business leagues and commercial trade associations whose members are businessmen and women and merchants who have affiliated for the purpose of promoting the general commercial interests of the community or the interests of their own trade. [Many of these are found in section 501(c)(6) business leagues; and 501(c)(6) chambers of commerce.]

MISSION:

THE MISSION OF THE YVSICT IS TO PROTECT AND ENHANCE WATER QUALITY, TROUT HABITAT AND RIPARIAN AREAS IN THE YAMPA VALLEY AND ADJACENT DRAINAGES IN NORTHWEST COLORADO, AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC AND ENHANCE AWARENESS OF ENVIRONMENTAL WATER ISSUES. THE YVSICT RAISES FUNDS, PROVIDES MANPOWER AND WORKS IN COOPERATION WITH VARIOUS LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL AGENCIES TO IMPROVE AND ENCHANCE OUR LOCAL WATERS AND RIPARIAN AREAS.

The goal of this organization is to provide services relating to religion where a more specific code cannot be accurately assigned. Examples may include Unitarianism, Taoism, Sikhs, Zoroastrism, Atheism, Actualism, Theosophy, Bahaism and reference to miracles.

COME AS YOU ARE IS A FREE 12-MONTH RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT HOME FOR WOMEN THAT EQUIPS THEM TO OVERCOME ADDICTIONS AND DISCOVER NEW LIVES.THE WOMEN EXPERIENCE A HEALTHY COMMUNITY, BUILD THEIR WORK ETHIC AND SKILL SETS, RECEIVE THE RESOURCES NEEDED TO GAIN FREEDOM FROM THEIR PASTS, AND LEARN TO SERVE OTHERS IN NEED.CAYA RESIDENTS PARTICIPATE IN RECOVERY GROUPS, COUNSELING, AND LIFE COACHING TO FACILITATE CHANGE AT A HEART LEVEL. IN ADDITION, THEY BUILD VALUABLE LIFE SKILLS BY SUPPORTING THEMSELVES THROUGH RESIDENTIAL CLEANING WORK, MANAGING THEIR LEGAL AND PERSONAL APPOINTMENTS, HAVING SUPERVISED VISITS WITH THEIR CHILDREN, PRACTICING FOOD BUDGETING AND INVENTORY, AND PRACTICING EXECUTIVE FUNCTIONING SKILLS.

TO PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE SKI TRAVEL THROUGH RECOGNIZED PROFESSIONALS WITHIN THE INDUSTRY.

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people to learn and become competitive in tennis, badminton, racquet ball, squash, table tennis and other racquet sports. Coaching, access to courts, equipment and officials for competitions are generally included.

WARHORSE RANCH IS DEVOTED TO EMPOWERING VETERANS, FIRST RESPONDERS, TRAUMA SURVIVORS, AND THOSE WHO SUFFER FROM PTSD, ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, AND ALL MENTAL HEALTH CHALLENGES. WARHORSE RANCH IS DEDICATED TO REDUCING THE RISK OF SUICIDE.
