The goal of this organization are the organizations like chambers of commerce, business leagues and commercial trade associations whose members are businessmen and women and merchants who have affiliated for the purpose of promoting the general commercial interests of the community or the interests of their own trade. [Many of these are found in section 501(c)(6) business leagues; and 501(c)(6) chambers of commerce.]

MISSION:

ASSIST HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS AND COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATIONS TO CREATE, IMPLEMENT, AND EVALUATE WAYS OF DELIVERING CARE.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to operate health care facilities that are licensed to operate twenty-four hours per day and offer diagnostic and treatment services as well as emergency and critical care services for people who have illnesses or injuries which require immediate, short-term intervention.

VALLEY FAMILY CENTER WAS FOUNDED IN 1987 WITH THE MISSION TO PROVIDE COUNSELING AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES THAT FACILITATE PERSONAL GROWTH, STRENGTHEN THE FAMILY UNIT, AND PROTECT HUMAN DIGNITY FOR ALL PERSONS IN NEED. VALLEY FAMILY CENTER IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT IS COMMITTED TO MAKING THESE SERVICES ACCESSIBLE TO THE LOW-INCOME COMMUNITY OF THE SAN FERNANDO VALLEY WHO COULD NOT AFFORD THESE SERVICES OTHERWISE. ALL PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED TO BUILD SELF-ESTEEM, ENCOURAGE SELF-SUFFICIENCY AND HELP CLIENTS REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL. THE CENTER IS LOCATED IN SAN FERNANDO, CA AND PROVIDES PROGRAMS SIX DAYS PER WEEK. THE CENTER IS SUPPORTED PRIMARILY THROUGH PRIVATE DONATIONS, GRANTS AND CLIENT FEES (SET ON A SLIDING SCALE) AND FUNDRAISING EVENTS. DURING THE 2020-2021 PROGRAM YEAR, THE CENTER SERVED 740 UNDUPLICATED CLIENTS THROUGH COUNSELING AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES PROVIDED IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH. AN ADDITIONAL 3,203 WERE SERVED THROUGH OUTREACH AND EDUCATIONAL PRESENTATIONS. OVER 1

EL CENTRO UTILIZES A MULTI-DISCIPLINARY TREATMENT APPROACH TO PROVIDE OUTPATIENT, SCHOOL-LINKED AND FIELD-BASED INDIVIDUAL, GROUP AND FAMILY THERAPY, CASE MANAGEMENT, REHABILITATION SERVICES, MEDICATION SUPPORT, EVIDENCE-BASED PRACTICES, AND FAMILY ASSESSMENT AND PRESERVATION SERVICES.

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people to satisfy their inner needs and enhance their spiritual growth through organized worship or through other devotional activities under the auspices of one of the group of religious faiths that is based on the teachings of Jesus Christ.
