LAB LOAN OUTSOAK CREST IS DEEPLY COMMITTED TOWARDS BUILDING A SCIENCE ECOSYSTEM CENTERED IN MONROVIA, A PROGRAM THAT IS EXPECTED TO BUILD A SUSTAINABLE NETWORK OF LOCAL TECHNOLOGY COMPANIES OFFERING HIGH QUALITY EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES TO LOCAL RESIDENTS.
