THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF FRIENDS OF IVANHOE IS TO RAISE FUNDS AND OBTAIN DONATIONS TO SUPPORT EDUCATIONAL, STUDENT, TEACHING ENRICHMENT AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAMS FOR IVANHOE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. THE TEACHING POSITIONS THAT FRIENDS OF IVANHOE HELPS TO FUND INCLUDE: PE COACHES, AIDES IN THE KINDERGARTEN CLASSROOMS, AN ACADEMIC SUPPORT COACH, A MATH COACH, AND A TECHNOLOGY/INTERVENTION COACH. FRIENDS OF IVANHOE ALSO RAISES FUNDS TO PAY FOR COMPUTERS USED BY THE STUDENTS AND THE TEACHERS AT IVANHOE ELEMENTARY.

MISSION:

WE CONDUCT CHURCH SERVICES IN WHICH MORE THAN 100 PEOPLE ATTEND WEEKLY WE ALSO HAVE ACTIVITIES, SEMINARS, BIBLE STUDY CLASSES, CONFERENCES AND RETREATS TO HELP OUR MEMBERS MEET HIGHER LEVELS OF SPIRITUALITY.

WE ARE A UNIQUE INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATIVE OF BLOOD PROVIDERS INDUSTRY AND ACADEMIC EXPERTS THAT WORK TOGETHER TO UNDERTAKE STUDIES PUBLISH GUIDANCE AND RECOMMEND PROCEDURES AIMING TO IMPROVE THE SAFETY QUALITY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF TRANSFUSION MEDICINE AND CELLULAR THERAPIES WORLDWIDE. WE USE OUR POOLED RESOURCES TO TAKE ON PROJECTS AND CHALLENGES THAT WOULD BE UNFEASIBLE TO ADDRESS OTHERWISE. WE CREATE INTERNATIONAL IMPACT IN TRANSFUSION AND CELLULAR THERAPIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF DONORS AND PATIENTS.
