SCHOLARSHIP SUPPORT FOR STUDENTS FROM DIVERSE ECONOMIC AND ETHNIC BACKGROUNDS TO INTERNATIONAL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS SUCH AS THE ECOLE D'HUMANITE. THESE PROGRAMS PROVIDE SUPERIOR ACADEMIC OPPORTUNITIES IN THE CONTEXT OF WHOLESALE CHARACTER AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT. SCHOLARSHIPS ARE GRANTED ON A NEED AND MERIT BASIS.

JUST IN EARLY STAGES OF FORMATION. DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS AND/OR ANOTHER CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION WILL PROVIDE THE LIST OF PATIENTS AND QUALIFICATION OF NEEDS TO BEGIN FUNDING OPERATIONS WILL BEGIN IN THE NEXT 12-18 MONTHS.

THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROMOTE OPHTHALMOLOGY AMONG THIRD- WORLD NATIONS AND TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE TO LATIN AMERICAN OPHTHALMOLOGISTS.
