MISSION:

THE STATED MISSION OF THE LAGUNA BEACH SENIORS, INC. IS "TO WORK TOGETHER TO ENHANCE THE LIVES OF SENIORS THROUGH PROGRAMS, SERVICES, AND ADVOCACY THAT PROMOTE INDEPENDENCE, WELLNESS AND COMMUNITY." THESE ARE PROVIDED INDEPENDENTLY AND SOME OF THE ACTIVITIES CURRENTLY INCLUDE: EDUCATIONAL CLASSES, FITNESS/WELLNESS ACTIVITIES, SOCIAL CLUBS, CASE MANAGEMENT, OUTREACH, MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING, MEDICAL ASSESSMENTS, NUTRITION SERVICES, LEGAL AND TAX AID, AND VARIOUS OTHER OUTREACH SERVICES TO THE SENIOR COMMUNITY OF THE CITY OF LAGUNA BEACH.

MISSION:

THE LAGUNA BEACH COMMUNITY FOUNDATION STRENGTHENS OUR COMMUNITY BY ENCOURAGING PHILANTHROPY. WE PROVIDE EXPERTISE AND RESOURCES TO ASSIST LOCAL CHARITIES, CONNECT DONOR PASSIONS WITH NONPROFIT NEEDS, AND WORK WITH LOCAL PROFESSIONAL ADVISORS IN ASSISTING THEIR CLIENTS IN GIVING NOW AND BEYOND THEIR LIFETIMES WITH A LEGACY GIFT.

THE LAGUNA BOARD OF REALTORS IS A TRADE ASSOCIATION OFFERING A VARIETY OF REAL ESTATE SERVICES, PRODUCTS AND EDUCATION TO ALL QUALIFIED REALTORS AND REALTOR ASSOCIATES.

FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENGAGING IN RELIGIOUS AND CHARITABLE WORK. ONE OF THE EXEMPT PURPOSES OF ALPHA GAMMA OMEGA ALUMNI INC. IS TO OWN, MANAGE AND CONTROL CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY. THE ORGANIZATION COLLECTS MEMBERSHIP DUES AND ASSESSMENTS WHICH ARE USED TO FUND THE MORTAGE PAYMENTS, PROPERTY TAXES, INSURANCE AND MAINTENANCE OF SUCH FACILITIES.
