DAVIS FOREST SCHOOL (DFS) EXISTS TO CULTIVATE UNDERSTANDING AND EMPATHY FOR THE NATURAL WORLD, GUIDING CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IN EXPLORATION, OBSERVATION, AND FREE-PLAY WITHIN OUR LOCAL BIOREGIONS OF CENTRAL CALIFORNIA. The goal of this organization are the facilities, usually located in residential neighborhoods, that provide 24-hour non-medical care for individuals with disabilities who need supervision and/or assistance with activities of daily living.
