WATER SHALL BE SOLD, DISTRIBUTED, SUPPLIED OR DELIVERED TO ALL MEMBERSD AND TO ONLY MEMBERS, EXCEPT THAT WATER SHALL ALSO BE PROVIDED TO THE COMMON AREAS OF ANY SUBDIVISION OR PARCELS OF COMMERICAL OR RESIDENTIAL REAL PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE CORPORATION'S SERVICE AREA AND WHICH REQUEST WATER SERVICE FOR SUCH PARCELS. THIS ORGANIZATION SHALL BE AUTHORIZED TO DO WHATEVER DEEMED NECESSARY, CONDUCTIVE, INCIDENTAL OR ADVISABLE TO ACCOMPLISH AND PROMOTE THE FOREGOING PURPOSES.

WILD IRIS FAMILY COUNSELING AND CRISIS CENTER, INC PROVIDES INFORMATION, TRANSITIONAL HOUSING, COUNSELING, REFERRAL AND SHELTER SERVICES TO VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND SEXUAL ASSAULTS, COMMUNITY EDUCATION, CHILD ABUSE PREVENTION CLASSROOM PROGRAMS FOR YOUTH, AND COURT ORDERED SUPERVISED VISITATION SERVICES.
