THAT WILL BE 100% OF THE ACTIVITIES OF THE CORPORATION. IT WILL NOT ENGAGE IN ANYTHING OTHER THAN PASSIVE INVESTMENT ACTIVITIES AND GRANTS ACTIVITIES AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.
