THE PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF THE NANSEMOND RIVER PRESERVATION ALLIANCE IS TO WORK WITH THE COMMUNITY TO PRESERVE AND IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THE TIDAL WETLANDS, RIVER, CREEKS AND TRIBUTARIES AND WATERSHEDS IN OR TOUCHING SUFFOLK AND THE ISLE OF WIGHT, VA BY PROVING COMMUNITY ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECTS AND PROGRAMS.

CCB INC BUILDS NEEDED FUNDS TO SUPPORT INSTITUTIONAL NEEDS, STUDENT RESEARCH, AND CURRENT RESEARCH PROGRAM NEEDS AT CCB. ALL FUNDS COLLECTED BY CCB INC. ARE USED TO DIRECTLY SUPPORT RESEARCH, CONSERVATION, AND EDUCATION PROGRAMS PRIMARILY MANAGED THROUGH THE ACADEMIC ORGANIZATION.
