THE PROJECT ENTERED INTO A RENTAL ASSISTANCE CONTRACT WITH HUD PURSUANT TO SECTION 202. UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS ARE MADE ON BEHALF OF ELIGIBLE FAMILIES.
