MEDICAL SERVICES INCLUDE EXAMINATION, DIAGNOSIS, AND TREATMENT OF ACUTE AND CHRONIC ILLNESS; IMMUNIZATIONS FOR ELIGIBLE PATIENTS; WELL-CHILD EXAMS; WELL-WOMAN EXAMS; AND TREATMENT OF MINOR INJURIES.
