FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS SHARE IN PROJECT LEADERSHIP, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND ACTIVITIES FROM THE START AND ARE WELL EQUIPPED AND MOTIVATED TO CONTINUE IN THESE ROLES WHEN AQUAPONICS AND EARTH SUSTAINABLE LIVING, INC. ENDS ITS DIRECT INVOLVEMENT. OUR GOAL IS TO MAKE ALL OPERATIONS SELF-SUSTAINING WITHIN THREE YEARS SO NO MORE OUTSIDE SUPPORT IS NEEDED APART FROM OCCASIONAL COACHING.
