SUCH ACTIVITY FURTHERS THE EXEMPT PURPOSES OF THE TRUST IN PROVIDING FOR HEALTH BENEFITS THAT SAFEGUARD OR IMPROVE THE HEALTH OF AN INDIVIDUAL. THE ACTIVITY IS CONDUCTED BY THE TRUSTEES OF THE TRUST OR OTHER PERSONS APPOINTED BY THE TRUSTEES.
