TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING OPTIONS TO RESIDENTS IN COMMUNITIES OF SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY THROUGH SELLING NEW HOMES AND REHABILITATED OLDER HOMES TO INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NOT OWNED HOMES PREVIOUSLY, AND TO PROVIDE COUNSELING AND CHARITABLE SERVICES TO SUCH INDIVIDUALS.
