The goal of this organization are the organizations like chambers of commerce, business leagues and commercial trade associations whose members are businessmen and women and merchants who have affiliated for the purpose of promoting the general commercial interests of the community or the interests of their own trade. [Many of these are found in section 501(c)(6) business leagues; and 501(c)(6) chambers of commerce.]

SOCIAL CLUB, WITH CONTRIBUTIONS TO CHARITIES AND CIVIC PROGRAMS THAT SPECIFICLY BENEFIT THE MEMBERS AND THE LOCAL AND NATIONAL COMMUNITY.

MISSION:

THE LINDEN PARK NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION (LNPA) REPRESENTS THE 55 SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES IN THE LINDEN PARK NEIGHBORHOOD (JAMES, MICHAEL, CORNELIUS, AND MEMORIAL WAYS) WITHIN THE WELLINGTON-HARRINGTON DISTRICT OF CAMBRIDGE, MASS. IN ADDITION TO WORKING TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE AND FOSTER CIVIC ENGAGEMENT FOR LINDEN PARK RESIDENTS, THE LNPA WORKS TO ENGAGE AND IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE BROADER PUBLIC IN THE SURROUNDING WELLINGTON-HARRINGTON AND EAST CAMBRIDGE DISTRICTS. THE LNPA ALSO CIRCULATES A PERIODIC NEWSLETTER SUMMARIZING TOPICS OF INTEREST TO RESIDENTS, INCLUDING RECENT LNPA ACTIVITIES, CIVIC PROJECTS, AND DEVELOPMENTS IMPACTING LINDEN PARK AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS.

Many service clubs are chapters of national or international organizations.

THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES INCLUDING CONVENING MINORITY REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS FOR THE PURPOSE OF EDUCATION AND NETWORKING AND CONDUCTING SUCH OTHER ACTIVITIES AND PROGRAMS IN SUPPORT OF THE FOREGOING PURPOSES AS MAY BE CARRIED OUT BY A CORPORATION ORGANIZED UNDER CHAPTER 180 OF MASSACHUSETTS GENERAL LAWS.
