THE FOUNDATION FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING, INC. IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION LOCATED IN DOWNTOWN LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY WHICH PROVIDES SAFE, CLEAN AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR THE WORKING HOMELESS AND RECOVERING HOMELESS VETERANS.

CEDAR LAKE RESIDENCES, INC. PROVIDES A WIDE ARRAY OF COMMUNITY SUPPORT. (SEE SCHEDULE O) THE SUPPORT INCLUDES COMMUNITY-BASED RESIDENTIAL OPTIONS, HOUSING OPTIONS, DAY PROGRAMS AND SUPPORT FOR ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES IN JEFFERSON COUNTY, KENTUCKY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA. CEDAR LAKE RESIDENCES PROVIDES MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR ALL CEDAR LAKE - HUD CORPORATIONS.

THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES ELDERLY AND HANDICAPPED PERSONS WITH HOUSING FACILITIES AND SERVICES SPECIALLY DESIGNED TO MEET THEIR PHYSICAL, SOCIAL, SPIRITUAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL NEEDS, AND TO PROMOTE THEIR HEALTH, SECURITY, HAPPINESS AND USEFULNESS IN LONGER LIVING.
