DHST PROVIDES SWIMMERS WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN THE VALUES OF TEAMWORK, COMMITMENT, AND DEDICATION TO THE TASK OF ACCOMPLISHING INDIVIDUAL AND TEAM GOALS AND OBJECTIVES.

THE SOCCER PROGRAM AIMS TO MAXIMIZE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AMONG PARTICIPANTS EACH SEASON, WHILE ALSO PROVIDING ATHLETIC EDUCATION AND INFORMATION ON HEALTHY LIFESTYLES THROUGH UNIQUE SOCCER ACTIVITIES. THE PROGRAM IS DESIGNED FOR MEMBERS OF AGES BETWEEN 4 - 19 YEARS OLD.
