NEW ENGLAND BANGLADESHI AMERICAN FOUNDATION INCORPORATION (NEBAF) IS TO CONDUCT ALL ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE SCOPE AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 501(C) (3) AND EXEMPT FROM TAXATION UNDER 501 (A). UPON DISSOLUTION, ALL ASSETS SHE BE DISTRIBUTED FOR ONE OR MORE OF THE EXEMPT PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501 (C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OR CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE, OR SHALL BE DISTRIBUTED TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, OR TO STATE OR LOCAL GOVERNMENT, OR FOR PUBLIC CHARITABLE PURPOSE. WE BELIEVE THAT BECAUSE GOD FREELY WELCOMES US INTO HIS HEAVENLY FAMILY, WE ARE PRIVILEGED TO WELCOME THE FOREIGNER LIVING AMONGST US. OUR FAITH PROMPTS US TO WELCOME OUR NEIGHBORS WITH THE LOVE OF CHRIST IN EVERY ENDEAVOR WE UNDERTAKE IN LIFE. CIAC FULFILLS THIS MANDATE BY SERVING OUR IMMIGRANT AND REFUGEE NEIGHBORS THROUGH THE PRACTICE OF IMMIGRATION LAW. OUR LEGAL SERVICES RANGE FROM OBTAINING/RENEWING A GREEN CARD, FILING FOR CITIZENSHIP, FAMILY REUNIFICATION, VISAS, ASYLUM, AND FULL REPRESENTATION IN THE IMMIGRATION COURTS. WE ARE A DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE RECOGNIZED ORGANIZATION, AND AS SUCH, SERVE PRIMARILY CLIENTS OF LIMITED MEANS.
