PROJECT:CAMP PROVIDES CARE FOR CHILDREN, RELIEF FOR FAMILIES, AND RESILIENCE FOR COMMUNITIES IMPACTED BY NATURAL DISASTERS. THROUGH OUR POP-UP DAY CAMPS AFTER NATURAL DISASTERS WE PROVIDE CRUCIAL SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL SUPPORT FOR KIDS WHILE PARENTS NAVIGATE SERVICES AND RETURN TO WORK. THROUGH OUR ORGANIZING AND PREPAREDNESS WORK, WE SUPPORT COMMUNITIES TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IN FUTURE DISASTERS BY BRINGING TOGETHER MULTIPLE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND COMMUNITY GROUPS AND BUILD ACTION PLANS IN THE EVENT OF FUTURE DISASTERS.

SUBJECT TO THE FOREGOING, THE SPECIFIC PURPOSES AND OBJECTIVES OF THE CORPORATION SHALL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: (A)PLANNING, OBTAINING APPROVAL FOR, CONSTRUCTING, OPERATING, MAINTAINING, AND REPAIRING A FIRE STATION TO BE UTILIZED BY THE GUNNISON COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT TO SERVE THE TAYLOR RIVER CANYON AREA OF GUNNISON COUNTY, COLORADO; (B) TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT TO PROVIDE FIRE PROTECTION SERVICES IN COORDINATION WITH THE GUNNISON COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT; AND (C) SOLICITING, COLLECTING, AND SPENDING DONATIONS IN FURTHERANCE OF (A)AND (B), ABOVE.

THE ELLICOTT CITY VOLUNTEER FIREMENS ASSOCIATION (THE "ASSOCIATION") INC IS LOCATED IN HOWARD COUNTY MARYLAND. THE ASSOCIATION IS A FULL SERVICE ORGANIZATION PROVIDING FIRE SUPPRESSION, RESCUE AND PARAMEDIC LEVEL EMERGENCY SERVICES TO THE CITIZENS OF HOWARD COUNTY AND, WHEN NEEDED, SURROUNDING JURISDICTIONS. THE MAJORITY OF THE FUNIDNG IS PROVIDED BY THE HOWARD COUNTY MARYLAND GOVERNMENT.

The goal of this organization is to provide instruction in the basic lifesaving techniques that are used in the administration of emergency assistance to individuals who have been injured prior to the arrival of trained medical personnel. Includes CPR instruction and instruction in techniques for relieving an individual who is choking.
