TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE SUBSIDIZED HOUSING FOR SENIOR CITIZENS AND HANDICAPPED INDIVIDUALS UNDER THE SECTION 202/08 PROGRAM UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE U.S. DEPT OF HOUSING & URBAN DEVELOPMENT (H.U.D)
