SAD GIRLS CLUB IS A NON PROFIT ORG COMMITTED TO SHOWING UP TO SUPPORT THE MENTAL HEALTH OF GENZ, MILLENNIAL WOMEN AND FEMMES WITH AN EMPHASIS ON THE BIPOC COMMUNITY. THERE ARE THREE PILLARS THAT STAND AT THE FOREFRONT OF OUR WORK. 1. TO CREATE IN-PERSON SAFE SPACES THAT BOTH NURTURE AND BUILD COMMUNITY FOR YOUNG WOMEN TO KNOW THEY ARE NOT ALONE, 2. PROVIDE CULTURALLY RELEVANT MENTAL HEALTH RESOURCES TO THOSE WHO DON'T HAVE ACCESS, 3. TO REMOVE THE NEGATIVE STIGMA INTEGRATED WITH MENTAL HEALTH CONVERSATIONS.

WE BELIEVE THAT WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN A RATHER HIGH CALLING AS PARENTS INCLUDING CREATING A RELATIONSHIP THAT DOES NOT PROVOKE OUR CHILDREN OR LEAVE THEM FEELING EXASPERATED.
