THROUGH ITS MUSICAL PERFORMANCES,THE BAND MAKES A POSITIVE CONTRIBUTION TO THE COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL,CULTURAL, AND SOCIAL ENRICHMENT FOR ITS MEMBERS AND AUDIENCES.

THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY SUPPORTING THE STUDENTS WITH RESPECT TO THE STUDY OF MUSIC, FUND RAISING ACTIVITIES, MANAGEMENT OF INCOME EXPENSES, PROVIDING ADULT SUPERVISION ASSISTANCE TO THE BAND DIRECTOR AS NEEDED.

BASED BOTH IN ISRAEL AND IN NEW YORK, THE ENSEMBLE WAS CREATED AS A MEANS FOR ITS MEMBERS TO GIVE SOMETHING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY WHERE THEY BEGAN THEIR MUSICAL EDUCATION AND TO SHOWCASE ISRAELI CULTURE, THROUGH ITS MUSIC AND MUSICIANS TO CONCERT GOERS OVERSEAS.
