THE CROWN PRINCE AKIHITO SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION - THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVES PROGRAM REVENUE FOR PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE TO THE CROWN PRINCE AKIHITO SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION, WHOSE PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE HARMONIOUS AND FRIENDLY RELATIONS BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES AND JAPAN BY PROMOTING EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES AND OFFERING SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDY IN HAWAII AND JAPAN.
