INSTEAD, THEY PLAYED IN GEORGIA (1 GAME) AND WALES (2 GAMES) BETWEEN JUNE 26TH AND JULY 18TH.2) RUGBY CAMPS NO RUGBY CAMPS WERE HELD BEFORE THE RUGBY CHAMPIONSHIP.3) RUGBY CHAMPIONSHIPLOS PUMAS PLAYED 2 MATCHES IN SOUTH AFRICA AND 4 MATCHES IN AUSTRALIA FROM AUGUST 7TH TO OCTOBER 3RD. 4) NOVEMBER WINDOW LOS PUMAS PLAYED 3 MATCHES (FRANCE, ITALY AND IRELAND).B. JAGUARES XVJAGUARES XV'S SEASON WAS DIVIDED IN 3 STAGES.1) PRESEASON: STARTED ON FEBRUARY 8TH. 44 PLAYERS WERE INVOLVED IN ALL THE PROCESSES BETWEEN PRESEASON AND THE SUPERLIGA AMERICANA DE RUGBY (SLAR) TOURNAMENT. 2) FIRST PART OF THE SLAR IN CHILE: STARTED ON MARCH 11TH. 5 MATCHES WERE PLAYED.3) SECOND PART OF THE SLAR IN URUGUAY: STARTED ON APRIL 4TH. 5 MATCHES WERE PLAYED. SEMIFINALS AND FINALS ALSO WERE PLAYED, WHERE JAGUARES XV BECAME THE TOURNAMENTS CHAMPIONS.D. ARGENTINA XVARGENTINA XV IS THE SECOND MOST IMPORTANT TEAM AND ITS PLAYERS, WHO ARE NOT AT THE NATIONAL CAMPS, TRAIN AT OUR HIGH-PERFORMANCE CENTRES.ARGENTINA XV'S SEASON WAS DIVIDED IN 3 STAGES.1) THE TEAM TRAVELED TO URUGUAY ON JUNE 28TH AND PLAYED ONE GAME ON JULY 4TH AGAINST URUGUAYS NATIONAL TEAM TO HELP THEM PREPARE FOR THE RWC 2023 QUALIFIERS.2) THE TEAM PLAYED AGAINST CHILES NATIONAL TEAM IN SANTIAGO DE CHILE ON SEPTEMBER 16TH AND PLAYED AGAINST URUGUAYS NATIONAL TEAM IN MONTEVIDEO ON SEPTEMBER 19TH, ALSO TO HELP THEM PREPARE FOR THE RWC 2023 QUALIFIERS.3) THE TEAM TRAVELED TO URUGUAY TO PLAY THE AMERICAS PACIFIC CHALLENGE. THEY PLAYED 3 MATCHES BETWEEN OCTOBER 22ND AND OCTOBER 30TH.E. PUMITAS: U18/U20THE ARGENTINE U18 AND U20 TEAMS TRAIN DURING THE YEAR AT THE HIGH PERFORMANCE CENTRES INDIVIDUALLY. IN 2021, ONLY 2 CAMPS WERE HELD IN ARGENTINA. ONE IN JUNE AND THE SECOND ONE IN DECEMBER. 48 PLAYERS WERE INCLUDED. THESE PLAYERS ARE SELECTED FROM WITHIN THE HIGH-PERFORMANCE PLAN AND DURING THE DIFFERENT ARGENTINE CHAMPIONSHIPS. FROM JUNE 7TH UNTIL JULY 7TH, U20 TEAM PLAYED THE INTERNATIONAL SERIES, WHERE THEY PLAYED 4 MATCHES. 30 PLAYERS WERE INVOLVED.F. MEN'S SEVENSMEN'S SEVENS IS A PLATFORM USED BY THE UNION ARGENTINA DE RUGBY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF ITS PLAYERS. IT HELPS TO SELECT PLAYERS WHO ARE SEVENS' "SPECIALISTS AND OTHERS TO DEVELOP THEIR INDIVIDUAL SKILLS WITH THE FUTURE AIM OF PARTICIPATING IN XV RUGBY. IN 2021, THE MENS SEVENS PLAYED 6 TOURNAMENT SERIES, AND PLAYED IN THE OLYMPICS GAMES HELD IN TOKYO WHERE THEY GOT THE BRONZE MEDAL.G. WOMEN'S SEVENS THE WOMEN'S SEVENS TEAM ZEALOUSLY TRAIN AT THE HIGH-PERFORMANCE CENTRES. WOMEN'S RUGBY HAS A BASE GROUP OF 5,166 PLAYERS ACROSS THE COUNTRY, CONSISTING OF WOMEN AROUND OVER 15 YEARS OF AGE.
COMMUNITY RUGBYTHE AREA DEVELOPS 4 PLANS: 1. PROVINCIAL UNIONS' DEVELOPMENT: DEVELOPMENT OF THE 25 PROVINCIAL UNIONS, CONSIDERING THEM AS ACTIVE MEMBERS OF THE ORGANIZATION AND AS A CHANNEL OF COMMUNICATION AND EXECUTION OF THE DEVELOPMENT RUGBY UAR PROGRAMS. 2. REFEREES' DEVELOPMENT: TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE GAME THROUGH A PROFESSIONAL AND QUALITY ORGANIZATION THAT SHOULD PROVIDE QUALITY REFEREES AND ASSISTANT REFEREES FOR THE DIFFERENT LEVELS OF THE GAME.3. PLAYERS' WELFARE: THE PREVENTION OF SPORTS INJURIES IS A PRIORITY FOR ANY PERSON INVOLVED IN THE GAME, PARTICULARLY COACHES, PHYSICAL PREPARATION SPECIALISTS AND MEDICAL STAFF.4. COMPETITIONS: THE COMPETITION IN OUR COUNTRY IS MADE UP OF CLUB COMPETITIONS AND PROVINCIAL COMPETITIONS. FOUR TOURNAMENTS WERE HELD IN 2021 (YOUTH ARGENTINEAN CHAMPIONSHIP, SELECT 12, U16 DEVELOPMENT, AND THE "LA REPUBLICA" SEVENS).5. SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: UAR HAS CREATED THE "RUGBY 2030 TOWARDS A NEW CULTURE" PROGRAM, THE PURPOSE OF WHICH IS TO TRY, THROUGH VARIOUS ACTIONS, PROGRAMS, AND TRAINING, TO RESTORE THE INSTITUTIONS IMAGE AND OF OUR SPORT TOWARDS SOCIETY.IN ADDITION TO KEEPING THE UNIONS' PRESIDENTS PERMANENTLY UPDATED ABOUT ALL THE ACTIVITIES AT THE UAR, ON A YEARLY BASIS, ALL THE ACTIVITIES PERFORMED BY THE COMMUNITY RUGBY DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT IS SHARED AS WELL, ALONGSIDE WITH MONITORING INDICATORS, STRATEGIES, AND PROGRAMS. FINALLY, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS WAS AWARE THAT THE ECONOMIC IMPACT OF ISOLATION HAD SEVERELY AFFECTED ALL THE RUGBY ORGANIZATIONS. THUS, IT APPROVED AN EXTRAORDINARY SUPPORT PLAN TO ASSIST FINANCIALLY THE UNIONS AND RUGBY CLUBS ALL AROUND ARGENTINA, AS WELL AS THE ARGENTINEAN RUGBY FOUNDATION.
