GUMA' MAMI, INC. MISSION IS TO FACILITATE THE FULL INCLUSION AND INTEGRATION OF ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL AND OTHER DISABILITIES INTO THEIR COMMUNITIES THROUGH INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY SUPPORTS.

HINANAO-TA AND THE MARY CLARE HOME (MCH) ARE TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAMS THAT SUPPORT TEN INDIVIDUALS IN THEIR MENTAL HEALTH RECOVERY PROCESS. INDIVIDUALS ARE SUPPORTED IN AN EFFORT TO REALIZE FULL TRANSITION INTO THE COMMUNITY OF THEIR CHOOSING.THE SAGAN MAMI PROGRAM IS A COMMUNITY-BASED PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES A RESOURCE AND DROP-IN CENTER FOR ADULTS WITH SERIOUS MENTAL ILLNESS WHO ARE HOMELESS OR AT IMMINENT RISK FOR HOMELESSNESS. DURING THE YEAR, PARTICIPANTS WERE ASSISTED WITH TRANSPORTATION TO COMMUNITY SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES, EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE/SERVICES, PEER MENTORSHIP TRAINING PROGRAM. THE PROGRAM HAS A DROP-IN CENTER WHERE CONSUMER CAN ACCESS THE SERVICES, AND ARE PROVIDED A MEAL.PROJECT INAYEK (CHOICE) IS A CONTINUUM OF CARE FEDERAL TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM, THAT ADDRESSES THE NEEDS OF INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES, WHO ARE SURVIVORS OF SEXUAL ASSAULT AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. PARTICIPANTS ARE PROVIDED WITH RENTAL ASSISTANCE; CREDIT COUNSELING; SECURITY DEPOSITS; UTILITY PAYMENTS; AND LIFE SKILLS EDUCATION AND FINANCIAL WORKSHOPS.
