MAINTAIN FACILITIES USED FOR PROGRAMS: THE UNIVERSITY OWNS, RUNS, AND MAINTAINS THE FACILITIES NECESSARY TO PROVIDE ITS TEACHING AND CONDUCT ITS RESEARCH (23 BUILDINGS). IT ALSO PURCHASES AND MAINTAINS EQUIPMENT NECESSARY TO CARRY OUT ITS PROGRAMS, SUCH AS COMPUTERS AND LAB EQUIPMENT.
