FHF PROGRAMS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: FAIR HOUSING ALLEGATION COUNSELING; INTAKE, INVESTIGATIONS AND RESOLUTION; LANDLORD AND TENANT COUNSELING MEDIATIONS AND ASSISTANCE; CONDUCTING EDUCATION AND OUTREACH ACTIVITIES AND RENTAL RELIEF. OVER 94% OF THE HOUSEHOLDS ASSISTED WERE LOW AND MODERATE INCOME HOUSEHOLDS.
