PFP FINALIZED THE MERGER WITH LOS ANGELES NEIGHBORHOOD LAND AND TRUST, UNDERWHICH PFP TRANSFERRED ALL ASSETS TO LOS ANGELES NEIGHBORHOOD LAND AND TRUST.
