FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM SEMA CARES WERE PROVIDED TO SEVERAL DIFFERENT TYPES OF CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS WHICH ARE EXEMPT FROM FEDERAL INCOME TAX UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
