THE COACHELLA VALLEY CHAPTER OF THE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS INSTITUTE SERVES THE EDUCATIONAL, BUSINESS AND NETWORKING NEEDS OF COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS IN THE COACHELLA VALLEY REGION OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA.

COACHELLA VALLEY CHAPTER OF THE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS INSTITUTE IS A MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATION. ITS MEMBERS CONSIST OF COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION VOLUNTEERS, COMMUNITY MANAGERS, BUSINESS PARTNERS AND MANGEMENT COMPANIES. THE CHAPTER'S PRIMARY PROGRAM SERVICE IS TO SERVE THE EDUCATIONAL, BUSINESS AND NETWORKING NEEDS OF ITS MEMBERS.THE CHAPTER ACCOMPLISHES THIS PROGRAM SERVICE OBJECTIVE THROUGH VARIOUS MEMBERSHIP EVENTS HELD THROUGHOUT THE YEAR AND THROUGH ITS MEMBERSHIP PUBLICATION,QUORUM.


CAI-CV PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, NETWORKING EVENTS AND EDUCATIONAL PUBLICATIONS TO MEMBERS INVOLVED WITH THE COMMON INTEREST DEVELOPMENT INDUSTRY.


CAI-CV HOLDS 240 HOURS OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS EACH YEAR FOR THEIR MEMBERS AND THE PUBLIC. THERE ARE 13 NETWORKING EVENTS. CAI-CV PUBLISHES 13 EDUCATIONAL NEWSLETTERS EACH YEAR. THEY ALSO PUBLISH BROCHURES THAT INFORM THEIR MEMBERS AND THE PUBLIC ABOUT SPECIFIC HOA ISSUES. FOR EXAMPLE, THEY PUBLISH HOA LIVING FOR PEOPLE MOVING INTO AN HOA; COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT AS A CAREER; THE WHO ME? BROCHURE TO HELP BOARD RECRUIT NEW DIRECTORS.
