PUBLIC RELATIONS AND SOCIAL PROGRAMS SUPPLEMENT AND EXPAND THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND SEEK TO FOSTER INTEREST IN THE CHAPTER AND TO INFORM THE PUBLIC IN GERNERAL, AS TO THE NATURE OF COMMUNITY ASSICIATIONS AND THE PURPOSE OF CAI AND TO PROVIDE NETWORKING AMONG MEMBERS.
