TO EDUCATE AND REPRESENT THE GREATER LOS ANGELES AREA'S RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM, COOPERATIVE AND HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATIONS AND RELATED PROFESSIONALS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS BY FOSTERING VIBRANT, RESPONSIVE, COMPETENT COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS THAT PROMOTE HARMONY, COMMUNITY AND RESPONSIBLE LEADERSHIP. THE ORGANIZATION ACCOMPLISHES THIS BY CONDUCTING THE FOLLOWING:- CONDUCTING MULTIPLE EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE LOS ANGELES BASIN.- HOSTING ANNUAL CONFERENCES AND SEVERAL SOCIAL EVENTS DURING THE YEAR WHERE MEMBERS CAN MEET AND DISCUSS CURRENT INDUSTRY EVENTS.

IMPROVE COMMUNITIES IN THE AREA - CAI-GLAC CONDUCTS SEMINARS, WORKSHOPS, CONFERENCES AND EDUCATION PROGRAMS. THEY ALSO CONDUCT RESEARCH AND PUBLISH INFORMATION IN ORDER TO PROVIDE RESOURCES ON THE BEST PRACTICES IN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION CREATION AND MANAGEMENT. CAI-GLAC ADVOCATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INTERESTS BEFORE LEGISLATURES, REGULATORY BODIES, AND THE COURT. IN ADDITION THEY PROVIDE NETWORKING AND REFERRAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEMBERS.
