IN HOME CARE: TRAINED VOLUNTEERS PROVIDE IN HOME EMOTIONAL AND PRACTICAL ASSISTANCE TO A COMMUNITY MEMBER WITH A LIFE THREATENING ILLNESS AND THEIR FAMILY.
