POPULATION COMMUNICATION IS CURRENTLY WORKING ON THE FOUR TRANSITIONS TOWARDS POPULATION STABILIZATION. THE FIRST IS PEAK AND DEPLETION OF GAS, OIL AND COAL AS WELL AS RARE MINERALS USED FOR WIND AND SOLAR. THE SECOND IS PRESERVING AND PROTECTING THE FORESTS, OCEANS, POTABLE WATER, BIODIVERSITY, SOIL AND ALL LIFE SUPPORT SYSTEMS, INCLUDING THE ATMOSPHERE. THE THIRD IS THE EQUILIBRIUM OF MOVEMENT FROM RURAL TO URBAN AREAS AND SOVEREIGN SPACES GIVEN FINITE AND HABITAT REALITIES. POPULATION STABILIZATION TAKES PLACE WHEN COUPLES WANT AND HAVE TWO CHILDREN.POPULATION COMMUNICATION HAS AUTHORED A POPULATION STABILIZATION STATEMENT SIGNED BY 75 HEADS OF GOVERNMENT.
