PROVIDES CONTRACT NEGOTIATION, LABOR SERVICE CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION AND INDUSTRY ADVOCACY SERVICES TO APPROXIMATELY 1,000 CONTRACTORS AND CONSTRUCTION-RELATED FIRMS THROUGHOUT CALIFORNIA. PRIMARY SOURCES OF REVENUE ARE FROM MEMBER DUES AND ADMINISTRATION FEES FOR SERVICES.

TO PROMOTE RELATIONS BETWEEN GENERAL CONTRACTORS AND OTHER MEMBERS OF THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY: REDUCE CONSTRUCTION COSTS THROUGH RESEARCH AND COOPERATION WITH OTHER CONSTRUCTION AGENCIES; REDUCE THE OCCURRENCEOF INJURIES AND DEATH TO CONSTRUCTION WORKMEN; SUPPORT CONTRACTORS AND CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATIONS IN EFFORTS TO RECTIFY UNSATISFACTORY CONDITIONS RELATED TO CONSTRUCTION; ENCOURAGE SOUND BUSINESS METHODS TENDING TO RAISE THE STANDARD OF CONTRACTORS IN GENERAL. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO ABOUT 1,000 CONSTRUCTION RELATED MEMBERS.


PROVIDE A METHOD OF MAINTAINING FAVORABLE PUBLIC RELATIONS AND RELATIONS WITH OTHER GOVERNMENT AGENCIES IN NEGOTIATING FOR AND ENTERING INTO EQUITABLE AGREEMENTS RELATING TO HOURS, WAGES, AND WORKING CONDITIONS OF CONSTRUCTION WORKMEN.
