THE ASSOCIATION, A DEVELOPMENT OF APPROXIMATELY 290 ACRES, IS LOCATED IN NEWHALL, CALIFORNIA AND INCLUDES THIRTEEN VILLAGE ASSOCIATIONS AND 1,290 UNITS.
