THE WORLD'S OLDEST AND LARGEST UNION OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS.IT MAKES EVERY EFFORT TO ENSURE THAT ALL PARTIES CONCERNED WILLHAVE PEACEFUL APPROACHES TO THE SETTLEMENT OF GRIEVANCES ANDENSURE FAIR WAGES AND BENEFITS.


MEMBER'S TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT - TO MEET THE SKILLED WORKFORCENEEDS OF THE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTING INDUSTRY, NECA AND IBEWSPONSOR COMPREHENSIVE APPRENTICESHIP AND TRAINING PROGRAMS FORFUTURE ELECTRICAL WORKERS, AS WELL AS CONTINUING EDUCATION ANDTRAINING PROGRAMS FOR JOURNEY LEVEL ELECTRICIANS, LINEMAN, ANDTELECOMMUNICATION TECHNICIANS/INSTALLERS.
