IN ADDITION TO THE 1,100 PATIENTS BENEFITTING BY HAVING RECONSTRUCTIVE MICROSURGERY, 4 FELLOW DOCTORS RECIEVE TRAINING IN THE ART OF MICROSURGERY. MICROSURGICAL TRANSPLANTATION RESEARCH FOUNDATION ALSO PROVIDES MEDICAL RESEARCH INCLUDING THE PUBLICATIONS OF MEDICAL RESEARCH PAPERS AND PRESENTATIONS AT NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUMS ON SPECIFIC MEDICAL PROCEDURES RELATED TO MICROSURGERY FOR THE BENEFIT OF DOCTORS, INSTITUTIONS AND ULTIMATELY PATIENTS WORLDWIDE. IN ADDITION, APPROXIMATELY 20% OF THE PATIENTS TREATED ARE DONE AT NO COST-NO PATIENT CAN BE REFUSED.
