THE KIWANIS CLUB OF WEST VISALIA IS A LOCAL SERVICE CLUB CORPORATION OPERATING UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF KIWANIS INTERNATIONAL. THE CLUB'S PRIMARY GOALS ARE TO SERVICE THE COMMUNITY AND IN PARTICULAR THE YOUTH OF THE COMMUNITY. OUR MOTTO IS SERVING THE CHILDREN OF THE WORLD. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY CHANGING THE WORLD ONE CHILD AND ONE COMMUNITY AT A TIME - THE POWER OF ONE. OUR PROJECTS INCLUDE SUPPORT OF SCHOOL PROGRAMS FOR GRADES K-12, SUPPORT OF THE LOCAL CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL, SUPPORT OF LOCAL FOOD PANTRIES AND SHELTERS, AND MANY COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS.
