THE SAN JOSE STATE UNIVERSITY RESEARCH FOUNDATION IS AN AUXILIARY ORGANIZATION OF SAN JOSE STATE UNIVERSITY AND THE CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY SYSTEM. THE FOUNDATION'S MISSION IS TO ADVANCE THE WELFARE OF THE UNIVERSITY AND ASSIST IN FULFILLING ITS OBJECTIVES, TO SUPPLEMENT PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES OF THE UNIVERSITY AND TO PROMOTE AND ASSIST THE EDUCATION SERVICES OF THE UNIVERSITY.

SPONSORED PROGRAMS: PROVIDE GRANT AND CONTRACT PROPOSAL, DEVELOPMENT, AND SUPPORT AND ADMINISTRATION SERVICES TO SAN JOSE STATE UNIVERSITY FACULTY, GENERATING 377 PROPOSALS AND RECEIVING 229 AWARDS WORTH $49,680,887 DURING FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2021.
