SUCCEEDING BY READING - THE SUCCEEDING BY READING INTERVENTION PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO OPEN UP THE WORLD OF READING TO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CHILDREN WHO ARE THE FARTHEST BEHIND THEIR EXPECTED GRADE LEVEL PROFICIENCY. SUCCEEDING BY READING PROVIDES ONE-ON-ONE TUTORING BY TRAINED VOLUNTEERS, SCHOOL LIBRARY SUPPORT, AND AT-HOME SUPPORT THROUGH TAKE-HOME BOOK BAGS.
