STRENGTHEN TECH ECOSYSTEMS: TO ADDRESS CRITICAL NEEDS WITHIN BLACK, BROWN, AND INDIGENOUS COMMUNITIES TO PROMOTE MEANINGFUL PARTICIPATION IN THE TECHNOLOGY ECONOMY.


COMPUTER SCIENCE EQUITY: TO INCREASE ACCESS AND PARTICIPATION IN K-12 COMPUTER SCIENCE EDUCATION AMONG STUDENTS OF COLOR.


TECH WORKFORCE DIVERSITY: TO INCREASE RACIAL DIVERSITY AND REPRESENTATION ACROSS ALL LEVELS OF THE TECH WORKPLACE.


THE FOUNDATION ALSO PROVIDES FISCAL SPONSORSHIP FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS. THE FISCAL SPONSORSHIP IS MEANT TO PROVIDE A SHORT-TERM BRIDGE FOR SELECT EXTERNAL EFFORTS THAT ARE CLOSELY ALIGNED WITH OUR MISSION AND WORK, ENABLING PROJECT LEADERS TO RECEIVE FUNDS AND MANAGE PROJECT-RELATED EXPENSES WHILE MOVING WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME TOWARD INDEPENDENT 501(C)(3) STATUS OR A SUITABLE PUBLIC CHARITY AS A FISCAL SPONSOR.
