DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS THAT HAVE SHUT DOWN THE SMU CAMPUS, JIM MEETS WEEKLY VIA FACETIME OR ZOOM WITH SEVERAL PRESENT AND FORMER STANFORD AND SMU ATHLETES, ALONG WITH SEVERAL MEMBERS OF THE NEXT GENERATION OF SPORTS MENTORS WHO COME TO HIM FOR MENTORING. HE ALSO ATTRACTS LEADERS FROMOTHER SPORTS MINISTRIES WHO DESIRE TO DRAWN ON HIS FIVE PLUS DECADES OF EXPERIENCE IN MENTORING HIGH PERFORMANCE ATHLETES. JIM PROVIDES A PERSONAL, SAFE SETTING FOR THESE INDIVIDUALS TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS WITH WHICH THEY MAY BE STRUGGLING SPIRITUALLY, FAMILY CHALLENGES, IN THEIR SPORT OR IN RELATIONSHIPS.
