PIVOT LEARNING'S MISSION IS TO ENSURE A RIGOROUS, RELEVANT, AND INCLUSIVE PUBLIC EDUCATION FOR ALL STUDENTS BY DEVELOPING INSTRUCTIONAL COHERENCE AND IMPROVING TEACHING AND LEARNING.

FEE FOR SERVICE REVENUES: DISTRICT PARTNERSHIP COACHING TO IMPROVE THE INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAMS AND LEADERSHIP SYSTEMS WITHIN DISTRICTS AND SCHOOLS TO BETTER SUPPORT THE EDUCATIONAL ACHEIVEMENT OF STUDENTS. THIS IS DONE THROUGH COACHING WITH DISTRICT AND SCHOOL LEADERS AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING FOR TEACHERS.


WITH SUPPORT FROM KEY FUNDERS, PIVOT UTILIZED FUNDING TO ACHIEVE THE FOLLOWING PROJECT GOALS: 1) EXPAND COMPANY OPERATIONS, STRATEGY, AND DISTRIBUTION TO ENSURE FUTURE GROWTH OF THE ORGANIZATION. 2) SUPPORT AND LEARN FROM DISTRICT ADOPTION AND IMPLEMENTATION PROJECTS THROUGH REGULAR TOUCH POINTS WITH DISTRICT INSTRUCTIONAL LEADERS REGARDING HOW TO BEST FACILITATE DISTRICT SELECTIONS AND IMPLEMENTATION OF HIGH-QUALITY INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS. 3) RESEARCH AND EVALUATE THE DISTRICT STABILITY INDEX, THE FIRST EVER EFFORT TO COLLECT AND PRESENT PUBLICLY AVAILABLE INFORMATION IN FIVE DOMAINS ASSOCIATED WITH A SCHOOL SYSTEM'S ORGANIZATIONAL HEALTH: FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, PARENT AND COMMUNITY RELATIONS, LABOR RELATIONS, PRINCIPAL AND TEACHER SUPPORT, AND LEADERSHIP AND GOVERNANCE. 4) PROVIDE PREVENTION AND INTERVENTION PROGRAM SERVICES TO REVIEW RPLN AND MTSS PROGRAMS THROUGHOUT CALIFORNIA
