FEE FOR SERVICE REVENUES: DISTRICT PARTNERSHIP COACHING TO IMPROVE THE INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAMS AND LEADERSHIP SYSTEMS WITHIN DISTRICTS AND SCHOOLS TO BETTER SUPPORT THE EDUCATIONAL ACHEIVEMENT OF STUDENTS. THIS IS DONE THROUGH COACHING WITH DISTRICT AND SCHOOL LEADERS AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING FOR TEACHERS.
