THE CALIFORNIA HEALTH CARE SAFETY NET INSTITUTE (SNI) IS THE QUALITY IMPROVEMENT PARTNER OF THE CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF PUBLIC HOSPITALS AND HEALTH SYSTEMS (CAPH). WE DESIGN AND DIRECT PROGRAMS THAT PROMOTE INNOVATIVE PRACTICES AMONG CALIFORNIA'S PUBLIC HOSPITALS AND PUBLIC CLINICS.
