ALTERNATIVE TO INCARCERATION PROVIDES REHABILITATION SERVICES TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN IN AND OUT OF THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM DUE TO BEHAVIORAL/MENTAL DISORDERS TO BREAK THE CYCLE OF INCARCERATION.
INTELLECTUAL OR DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES IS FOCUSED ON THOSE IN THE AUTISM SPECTRUM.
