BRAIN INJURY ALLIANCE SERVED THOUSANDS OF ARIZONA FAMILIES HEALING FROM BRAIN TRAUMA AND BRAIN INJURY. THROUGH OUR COMPREHENSIVE CLEARINGHOUSE OF BRAIN INJURY INFORMATION AND STATEWIDE RESOURCES, WE CONNECT FAMILIES AND PROFESSIONALS TO APPROPRIATE RESOURCES. THE ALLIANCE MANAGES A STATEWIDE NETWORK OF SUPPORT GROUPS, PROVIDES SERVICES IN BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH THAT SERVED 980 UNIQUE INDIVIDUALS IN 2021. WE MAINTAIN AN ONLINE DIRECTORY OF 2,000 NEURO SPECIFIC SERVICE PROVIDERS. THE ALLIANCE PROVIDES PEER SUPPORT, SEVERAL EDUCATIONAL CONFERENCES, FREE COUNSELING, WORKSHOPS, AND TRAININGS FOR PROFESSIONALS, CAREGIVERS, AND SURVIVORS. WE SERVED THOUSANDS THROUGH OUR BRAIN HEALTH RESOURCE CENTER AN ONLINE DATABASE OF RESOURCES FOR SURVIVORS AND CAREGIVERS AT BIAAZ.ORG. WE PROVIDE DIRECT SUPPORT THROUGH THE BUTTERS FUND PET SERVICE ANIMAL PROGRAM, WHICH HELPS SURVIVORS STAY WITH THEIR FOUR-LEGGED FRIENDS WHILE RECOVERING FROM BRAIN
