GLOBAL GRANT PROGRAMSTHE CURRENT GOAL OF THE GLOBAL GRANT PROGRAM IS TO PROTECT THE BASIC NEEDS OF EMPLOYEES AND RETIREES WHO ARE FACING FINANCIAL EMERGENCIES. THE LONG-TERM GOAL IS TO DO THE SAME, WITH EXPANDED GLOBAL REACH AND STRONG REFERRALS TO OTHER RESOURCES TO ADDRESS UNDERLYING CAUSES OF FINANCIAL INSTABILITY. IN FISCAL YEAR 2023, OUR ORGANIZATION SERVED OVER 1,577 EMPLOYEES OR RETIREES GLOBALLY.


RED TAB SAVERS PROGRAMTHE CURRENT GOAL OF THE PROGRAM IS TO INCENTIVIZE HOURLY EMPLOYEES TO SAVE THEIR OWN MONEY TO BUILD A FINANCIAL SAFETY NET. THE LONG-TERM GOAL IS TO DO THE SAME AT A GREATER SCALE. IN FISCAL YEAR 2023, 1,249 EMPLOYEES SAVED MORE THAN $203,000 OF THEIR OWN MONEY IN THE PROGRAM AND RECEIVED MATCH REWARDS AND FINANCIAL EDUCATION FROM THE PROGRAM.
