TO PROVIDE RUNNING / WALKING EVENTS FOR THE LOCAL COMMUNITY TO PROMOTE PHYSICAL FITNESS AND HEALTH. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES TRAINING FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH LIMITED EXPERIENCE IN WALKING OR RUNNING LONG DISTANCES. THE LARGEST GROUP REACHED IS AT RISK TEENS.

HELD RUNNING RACES WITHIN THE COMMUNITY RANGING FROM 1 MILE TO A FULL MARATHON. MANY OF THE RACES HAD EXPOSITIONS TO PROMOTE FITNESS AND ENCOURAGE CONTINUED EXERCISE. COORDINATED AND SUPPORTED SEVERAL RUNNING MENTORING PROGRAMS, ASSISTING RUNNERS OF VARIOUS LEVELS AND ABILITIES. CONTINUED THE TEENS RUN MODESTO PROGRAM WHICH FOCUSES ON TRAINING AT-RISK STUDENTS. ALSO SUPPORTED OTHER COMMUNITY-BASED ORGANIZATIONS WITH PROCEEDS FROM THE RACES.
PROVIDED 2 STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS AND SEVERAL RACE CASH PRIZES.
